Works great but the blades rubbed against the radiator. I had to put 2 washers under each of the screws that hold the fan onto the shroud in order to get clearance. Also... don't throw out your old fan till this one arrives. I needed the mounts from the old shroud to mount this one. Other than that... it's a fan, it moves air.

Perfect fit for my Rzr including the electrical plug. Time will tell how waterproof and durable it is ( hence my 4 star rating)
