This clutch kit is for the 2017-2020 Polaris RZR 1000 XP (not for Highlifter or XP4 version).

Dalton’s patented “Quick Adjust” flyweight system allows you to add or subtract some of the weight from the flyweights, without even removing the flyweights from the drive clutch. The Flyweight version in this kit is specific to this kit.

The instruction manual includes a “set up guide” that explains how to set up the kit for different tire sizes and applications.

Since the kit is adjustable, does that mean I have to adjust it and try to get it set up, or have to always speak with someone to tell me how to do it ?

Some other kits listed here for other models contain a helix for the secondary clutch, why not this kit?

For the 2017-2020 model years the factory components are different. The helix in the 2017-2020 has a helix ramp that is fine and we can calibrate with the rest of the kit. Clutch calibration kits are the results of testing and each model is individual to us. If the stock helix is fine, then it is fine. We do not sell you parts that are not necessary.

The 2016+ Highlifter edition has lower gearing in the final drive than the regular 2 seat version, and is more suited to very large tires.
