I chose one size up because MX helmets usually fit tighter for off reading but I’m using this for my super moto. One size higher than normal provides a comfortable fit for a leisurely ride. The quality of this helmet is definitely solid. I like to swap out for a new helmet every 2 years so because of wear and tear. I would recommend this helmet. There are lighter options on the market but you have to pay for for that comfort. If you’re a tourer on an ADV bike I would invest in something lighter for 3+ hour rides.

Great helmet. Does fit a little tight. My other helmets are size large. Bought xl fit perfect.

The helmet is very comfortable and has good airflow. I especially like the full faceshield and flip down inner tint. I would totally recommend this product.
