What is New Condition?
- Riding Gear: Any merchandise which has been 'taken out for a ride' is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet if trying boots or to wear your helmet indoors before heading out riding.
- Parts & Accessories: Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.
Exceptions
- Wheels and tires that have been mounted by a third party are non-returnable.
- Beadlock-type wheels that have been mounted by us or a third party are non-returnable.
- For the wheel & tire packages, there is a $20/tire charge for dismounting and wheel cleaning.
Return Shipping Costs
- If you return an item using our discounted prepaid return label, the amount that we'll deduct from your refund will be displayed in our return portal.
- If you choose the self-return option, you will be responsible for paying the carrier directly for the return shipping costs.
