RM Stator ATV/UTV Mofset Voltage Regulator for Polaris

Please Note

There were 2 different regulators used on 2017-2018 Polaris Sportsman 570 models. Please compare your original to our pictures. The other possible regulator is RMS021-107099.

When using this regulator on 2016-2018 Polaris Sportsman 570 models, please pay close attention to the stator and regulator wiring harness routing. The OEM wire routing was very poor, and allowed the harness to rub against the motor, damaging the insulation and damaging the charging system. We recommend routing your stator/regulator wiring outside of the frame rail, and securing the harness to the frame with zip ties. This should prevent any future damage to the wiring harness.
