The KTM Freeride E-XC, an electric off-road motorcycle, was produced from 2017 to 2023, offering a unique blend of performance and environmental consciousness. Throughout this period, it was available as a single trim, the Freeride E-XC, focusing on continuous technological advancements rather than distinct sub-models. A significant update occurred in 2018, marking what is often considered the second generation. The 2017 model featured a 2.6 kWh battery and a maximum power of 16 kW (22 hp). From 2018 onwards, the Freeride E-XC received a more powerful 3.9 kWh battery, increasing its capacity by 50%, and an enhanced motor delivering 18 kW (24.5 hp).
