KTM Freeride E Dirt Bike (2017-2023)
The KTM Freeride E-XC, an electric off-road motorcycle, was produced from 2017 to 2023, offering a unique blend of performance and environmental consciousness. Throughout this period, it was available as a single trim, the Freeride E-XC, focusing on continuous technological advancements rather than distinct sub-models. A significant update occurred in 2018, marking what is often considered the second generation. The 2017 model featured a 2.6 kWh battery and a maximum power of 16 kW (22 hp). From 2018 onwards, the Freeride E-XC received a more powerful 3.9 kWh battery, increasing its capacity by 50%, and an enhanced motor delivering 18 kW (24.5 hp). This generation also introduced updated suspension, braking systems, and energy recuperation during coasting and braking, with further refinements to the braking system in 2021. FAQ:
