Vehicle Information
BETA EVO 290 Dirt Bike (2009-2011)
The Beta EVO 290 (2009-2011) is a popular trials motorcycle, recognized for its agile performance and design focused on torque and traction. During these years, it was offered as a single 2T model without distinct trims, maintaining consistent engine specifications. Its 289.1 ccm (sometimes 288 ccm) single-cylinder two-stroke engine is engineered to deliver linear power and precise handling, essential in trials competitions.
While there were no major generation breaks or new trim levels, the EVO range was entirely redesigned in 2009. It introduced a new, narrower aluminum chassis and a 290 ccm engine (an increase from the previous 270 ccm) for improved torque. Continuous refinements were made each year: in 2010, ignition and carburetor settings optimized low-end power and efficiency, while in 2011, the engine was repositioned and the rear suspension stiffened to enhance the center of gravity, handling, and impact resistance.
Q: How can I ensure parts are compatible with my Beta EVO 290? R: To guarantee compatibility, please use our year and edition selector on this page to find parts specific to your 2009, 2010, or 2011 model.
