Vehicle Information
Moto-Ski Futura 464 Snowmobile (1980-1983)
The Moto-Ski Futura 464, produced from 1980 to 1983, was a snowmobile known for its liquid-cooled (LC) 464cc Rotax engine. Following Bombardier's acquisition of Moto-Ski in 1971, these models were essentially orange versions of Ski-Doo snowmobiles. The "464" in its name directly refers to its engine displacement. Throughout this period, the Futura 464 LC maintained a consistent liquid-cooled design. While other versions like the Futura 500 were available, the 464 LC did not undergo major mid-cycle generation or engine changes. The "E" designation indicated an electric start option. The Futura 464 LC model was offered until 1982, after which only the Futura 500 version was available in 1983. FAQ:
