Vehicle Information
Can-Am Spyder RT-S Motorcycle - Street (2010-2017)
The Can-Am Spyder RT-S (2010-2017) is a touring-oriented three-wheeled vehicle, offering a distinctive riding experience. Positioned as an upgraded version of the base RT model, the RT-S stands out with premium features. During this period, the Spyder RT-S underwent a significant evolution in its powertrain. From 2010 to 2013, it was powered by a 998cc Rotax V-twin engine, producing 100 hp. Starting in 2014 and continuing through 2017, Can-Am introduced a new 1330cc Rotax ACE in-line 3-cylinder engine, delivering 115 hp, improved fuel economy, and longer maintenance intervals. This transition was accompanied by a new 6-speed transmission and updates to the chassis, suspension, brakes, and wheels. The RT-S trim level consistently included enhanced equipment such as specific wheels, fog lamps, LED lights, heated passenger grips, and, depending on the year, adjustable rear air suspension. FAQ:
