Totally sealed once activated, the gas recombination technology allows no maintenance, and does not require any water refilling.

The Kawasaki Ninja 500R, also known as EX500 or GPZ500S, is a popular sport-touring motorcycle produced from 1997 to 2009. It was known for its reliability and versatility, powered by a liquid-cooled 498cc parallel-twin engine. This engine consistently produced approximately 60 horsepower and utilized two Keihin CVK34 carburetors, offering consistent performance throughout its production run. While the model underwent a significant redesign in 1994 (including 17-inch wheels, upgraded brakes, and a redesigned fairing), these updates were carried through the entire 1997-2009 period.
