The Arctic Cat Powder Special 700, produced from 1999 to 2000, was a high-performance snowmobile known for its robust capabilities in deep snow. Both model years featured a consistent 699cc/700cc liquid-cooled, twin-cylinder Suzuki engine, delivering strong horsepower. The model was offered in two trims: the Powder Special 700 and the Powder Special 700 LE. While the core engine remained the same, the 2000 model introduced several refinements. The 1999 model was recognized for its reliable AWS V front suspension and an extended Camoplast Challenger 2-inch lug track.
