Vehicle Information
Ski-Doo Skandic Tundra 550 Snowmobile (2008-2011)
The Ski-Doo Skandic Tundra 550, available from 2008 to 2011, is a robust utility snowmobile designed for demanding tasks. Throughout these years, it was consistently powered by the reliable Rotax 550F engine, an air/fan-cooled, 2-stroke unit with a displacement of 553.4 cc, delivering approximately 60 horsepower. This model was known for its durability and performance in various conditions. While the core 550F engine remained unchanged, the Skandic Tundra series saw significant chassis and suspension updates during this period. Initially, the 2008-2009 Tundra LT models featured an Independent A-Arm Front Suspension. However, for 2010, both the Tundra and Tundra LT models transitioned to a Telescopic Front Suspension (LTS), enhancing ride comfort and handling. The 2010 Tundra Sport also introduced a TRA™ III drive clutch. Further refinements in 2011 included new Pilot DS skis and an eDrive clutch for the Tundra and Tundra LT, offering improved performance and control. Q: How do I ensure this product fits my specific Skandic Tundra 550?
A: To guarantee compatibility, please use the year and model selector at the top of this page. This will filter products specifically designed for your snowmobile's exact configuration.
