Description
A cross-over track for riders who demand corner to corner acceleration on the trail yet need off trail capability in soft, loose snow. Asymmetric lug pattern provides excellent grip, braking, and easy handling. Reinforced side lugs, fully clipped, and 2 ply construction increase stability and maneuverability on hard pack trails and in tight turns. The C38 is a great solution for some groomed trail riding mixed with off trail boondocking.

Yamaha V-Max 500 Snowmobile (1994-2001)
The Yamaha V-Max 500 is an iconic snowmobile produced from 1994 to 2001. Known for its reliable performance, it featured a liquid-cooled twin-cylinder engine with a consistent displacement of 493cc or 494cc. Its horsepower generally ranged from 82 to 88 hp, providing a dynamic riding experience. This engine often included Nikasil plated cylinders, reed valves, flat-slide Mikuni carburetors, and digital CDI ignition. Throughout its production, the V-Max 500 did not undergo a full generational overhaul, but rather continuous refinements and trim variations. Notable updates included the introduction of the YVX clutching system in 1996 for smoother power transfer on the XT model. In 1998, the 500cc engine received slight improvements and optimized ignition timing when integrated into the "pro-action chassis." The 1999 model year saw the V-Max SX series adopt a Pro Action suspension for aggressive riding, while Deluxe models added features like electric start, reverse, and taller windshields.
