Vehicle Information
Arctic Cat Crossfire 1000 Snowmobile (2007-2010)
The Arctic Cat Crossfire 1000, produced from 2007 to 2010, was a high-performance hybrid snowmobile designed for both trail and mountain riding. All models in this range were powered by a consistent 999cc liquid-cooled, 2-stroke EFI engine, generally producing around 168 horsepower. Initially introduced on the M-Series chassis with the ACT Drive System, the Crossfire 1000 offered various trims throughout its production. Significant developments occurred during these years. For 2009, Arctic Cat introduced the lighter, more trail-focused Crossfire R models with a 128-inch track, while standard Crossfire models received a longer 141-inch track for improved flotation. The innovative Arctic Cat Engine Reverse (ACER) system was also added, reducing weight. In 2010, the Crossfire 1000 designation was replaced by the CFR 1000, featuring a 14x128-inch Hack Saw track and adjustable handlebars, marking a distinct evolution in the series. FAQ:
