Description
Bred from a rich history of experienced belt builders, the Dayco XTX belt is specifically engineered to maximize the performance of the most extreme, high horsepower snowmobiles. Beating the competition on the race course is just one of many aspects that sets the XTX belt apart from its competition. Specially formulated high temperature Polymer along with the highest level of engineered reinforcement proves to perform better in belt operating temperature and efficiency than leading competitors. Its innovative break-through design of deeper cogs on top and rounded cogs on the bottom yield the advantages of ultimate flexibility and longer belt life while being a better alternative to the original equipment belt.

Vehicle Information
Polaris XC 500 Snowmobile (2004-2007)
The Polaris XC 500, often known as the Indy 500 XC SP, is a high-performance snowmobile produced from 2004 to 2007. This model consistently featured a liquid-cooled, 2-stroke engine, primarily available in a single "XC SP" trim level, built on the prominent EDGE chassis.
For the 2004 and 2005 model years, the XC 500 was largely a carryover, equipped with an engine noted as either 488cc or 500cc. A significant update occurred in 2006, introducing a "domestic 500" engine (500cc, 105 hp) with variable exhaust, digital CDI with a throttle position sensor, and flat-slide carburetors. This year also saw a new clutch package, including the Team Industries LWT secondary clutch. These enhancements continued into the 2007 model year, maintaining the 105 hp output and advanced engine features. FAQ:
