Yamaha Sidewinder LTX 1000 Snowmobile (2017-2025)
The Yamaha Sidewinder LTX 1000, produced from 2017 to 2025, is a high-performance snowmobile renowned for its powerful 998cc turbocharged 4-stroke, 3-cylinder engine. This engine consistently delivers over 200 horsepower at sea level, with robust performance even at higher altitudes. All LTX models in this range are built on the durable SRV chassis, offering a solid foundation for various riding styles. While the core 998cc turbocharged engine remained unchanged throughout these years, the Sidewinder LTX series saw significant advancements in chassis and features. Key updates include the introduction of the ARCS (Advanced Roll Center Suspension) front suspension for improved handling, and Electric Power Steering (EPS) on select L-TX LE and GT models for enhanced maneuverability. Shock packages were continuously refined, with premium options like FOX Zero QS3-R shocks. Yamaha also integrated an Engine Braking Reduction System to smooth deceleration. Various trims like the L-TX LE, SE, DX, and GT offered different levels of performance, comfort, and premium features. The 2025 model year is designated as a "Final Edition" for some trims, marking the conclusion of this generation. Q: How do I ensure I select the correct parts for my Sidewinder LTX 1000?
A: Always use our year and edition selector at the top of the page to confirm compatibility with your specific model.
