The Polaris Dragon 700, available for the 2007 and 2008 model years, is a high-performance snowmobile known for its powerful 700cc CleanFire Injection (CFI) engine. Both model years featured a liquid-cooled, horizontal in-line, reed valve, 2-stroke 700cc CFI engine, consistently delivering between 135 and 145 horsepower. In 2007, key trims included the Polaris Indy Dragon 700cc and the Dragon RMK, which was offered with a 155-inch track. For the 2008 model year, the Dragon 700 series saw an expansion of its "Dragon performance package" to include new trims like the 700 Dragon IQ and 700 Dragon SwitchBack, alongside the 700 Dragon RMK, which became available with both 155-inch and 163-inch tracks. Additionally, the 2008 Dragon models were upgraded with new Ryde FX Air 2.0 shocks, enhancing their ride quality and performance. While the core 700cc engine remained consistent, these updates provided riders with more specialized options and improved handling. FAQ:
