Vehicle Information
Suzuki GW250 Motorcycle - Street (2013-2017)
The Suzuki GW250, known for its smooth performance and comfortable ride, was produced from 2013 to 2017. This standard motorcycle is powered by a reliable 248cc liquid-cooled, fuel-injected parallel-twin engine. It's a 4-stroke, SOHC engine with 2 valves per cylinder, delivering 24 to 26 horsepower and approximately 22 Nm of torque. A balancer shaft ensures reduced vibration for a pleasant riding experience, especially at low to mid-range RPMs. Throughout its 2013-2017 production run, the GW250 maintained consistent core engine and chassis specifications, meaning there were no significant mid-cycle generation or engine changes. The primary model was the naked GW250, with faired versions like the GW250F or GW250S available in some markets. While the model was discontinued in Europe from 2017 due to new ABS regulations, this did not constitute a design change for the vehicle itself. A notable electrical recall affected some 2013, 2015, and 2017 models, addressing potential issues with the main wiring harness. FAQ:
Q: How do I ensure I get the right parts for my Suzuki GW250?
