Vehicle Information
Victory Vision Motorcycle - Street (2008-2017)
The Victory Vision, produced from 2008 until the brand's discontinuation in 2017, was a luxury touring motorcycle known for its distinctive styling and powerful performance. Throughout its production, it was consistently powered by the robust Freedom 106/6 V-twin engine, displacing 1731 cc (106 cubic inches). This engine delivered between 92 and 97 horsepower and torque figures ranging from 146 to 153 Nm, ensuring a smooth and commanding ride. The Vision was primarily offered in two main variants: the Vision Street, a base touring model, and the Vision Tour, which included a rear top box for enhanced long-distance capabilities. Premium sub-trims like the Street Premium and Tour Premium added luxury features such as heated grips, adjustable windscreens, and advanced audio systems. Special editions like the Arlen Ness and the blacked-out 8-Ball also appeared. Despite these trim variations, there were no significant mid-cycle generation changes or major engine overhauls for the Victory Vision between 2008 and 2017. The core platform and the 1731 cc engine remained consistent, with only minor cosmetic updates or color options varying year to year. Frequently Asked Questions

Maintenance
| Component | Interval | Details |
| Engine Oil and Oil Filter | Every 4 800 to 8 000 km | An oil change including the filter typically requires approximately 4.25 liters of oil. It's advised to warm the engine before draining. When replacing the oil filter, ensure the new gasket is properly seated and apply a thin film of clean engine oil to it before tightening. |
| Air Filter | Every 16 000 km | Inspect more frequently in dusty or wet conditions. Replacing a dirty filter helps restore engine performance and fuel efficiency. |
| Spark Plugs | Inspect every 13 000 km | Type: NGK DCPR6E. While spark plugs can last around 32 000 km, inspection every 13 000 km is advisable. Replace at intervals recommended in the owner's manual. |
| Drive Belt | Inspect after the first 1 600 km, then every 8 000 km | Replace if signs of cracking, broken teeth, or frayed edges. Can last up to 160 000 km, but consult owner's manual for specific replacement intervals (e.g., 80 000 to 160 000 km or 5-7 years). |
| Coolant | Inspect level | Inspect the coolant level, especially when the engine is cool. Refer to the owner's manual for detailed maintenance recommendations. |
