Vehicle Information
Ducati 848 Motorcycle - Street (2008-2010)
The Ducati 848, produced from 2008 to 2010, is an iconic sport motorcycle powered by an 849.4 cc L-twin engine (often rounded to 848 cc). Positioned as the successor to the 749, it shared its design and chassis with the larger 1098. From its inception, the 848 stood out by adopting a wet clutch, an innovation for Ducati aimed at reducing weight and noise, and extending service intervals. A significant change occurred in 2010 with the introduction of the Ducati 848 EVO. This "evolution" brought notable improvements: the Testastretta Evoluzione engine was optimized with higher-compression cams, increasing horsepower to 140 hp (from 134 hp) and torque to 98 Nm (from 96 Nm). The EVO also benefited from monoblock Brembo brake calipers, a standard steering damper, and upgraded Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP tires. The 2008-2009 versions were the standard model, while in 2010, the lineup included the standard 848, the 848 Dark, the 848 Nicky Hayden Edition, and the new 848 EVO. Q: Is my Ducati 848 model compatible with the parts shown?
A: To ensure perfect compatibility, please use our year and edition selector at the top of the page.
