Vehicle Information
Honda Rubicon 520 ATV (2020-2026)
The Honda Rubicon 520, also known as the FourTrax Foreman Rubicon, is a robust utility and recreational ATV offered from 2020 to 2026. It is powered by a liquid-cooled, longitudinally mounted single-cylinder four-stroke engine with a displacement of 518cc, delivering strong torque for various tasks. While specific horsepower figures are not always published by Honda, this engine is generally estimated to produce around 28 horsepower. The most significant update for this model occurred in 2020. This year saw an engine upgrade from 475cc to the current 518cc, enhancing power and torque, especially at low and mid-range RPMs, which improved acceleration, hill-climbing, and towing capabilities. Models equipped with the Dual-Clutch Transmission (DCT) also received enhancements, including a new reverse switch, manual-override capability, and smoother shifting. Additionally, the 2020 models featured a redesigned grille, front bumper, a new utility box, and a new rack system for Pro-Connect accessories. From 2021 through 2026, the core 518cc engine and the established trim levels (4x4 EPS, 4x4 Automatic DCT EPS, and 4x4 Automatic DCT EPS Deluxe) have largely carried over without major mid-cycle generation or engine changes. Q: How do I ensure this part fits my Honda Rubicon 520?
A: To guarantee compatibility, please use the year and edition selector at the top of this page.
