The Polaris Ranger Crew 900, produced from 2014 to 2017, is a robust utility side-by-side vehicle designed for both work and recreation. It is powered by an 875cc ProStar twin-cylinder engine with Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI), delivering reliable performance for carrying passengers and gear. Introduced in 2014 as an all-new model, it replaced the Ranger Crew 800, featuring a more rigid chassis, increased wheelbase, and improved ground clearance. The engine and transmission were repositioned for a quieter ride. A significant update occurred in 2015, boosting engine horsepower from 60 to 68 HP through recalibration. 2016 models received updated hood styling, and painted versions were equipped with Pro-Lock On-Demand All-Wheel Drive for quicker 4WD engagement.
