Vehicle Information
Harley-Davidson Heritage Springer Motorcycle - Street (1997-2007)
The Harley-Davidson Heritage Springer, produced from 1997 to 2007, is a classic cruiser renowned for its nostalgic styling, featuring a distinctive springer front end. This model underwent significant evolution across its production run. From 1997 to 1999, it was powered by the 1340cc Evolution V-twin engine. A major update occurred in 2000, introducing the 1450cc Twin Cam 88B engine and a redesigned Softail frame with improved geometry and components. This FLSTS model was discontinued after 2003. The Springer returned in 2005 as the Springer Classic (FLSTSC), retaining the 1450cc Twin Cam 88B. The final year, 2007, saw another upgrade to the 1584cc Twin Cam 96B engine and a new 6-speed Cruise Drive transmission, making it a unique and sought-after model. These changes reflect Harley-Davidson's continuous refinement of performance and ride quality within its iconic Softail platform. FAQ:
