Vehicle Information
Polaris RZR Pro XP Side-by-Side (2020-2026)
The Polaris RZR Pro XP, spanning model years 2020 to 2026, is a high-performance side-by-side known for its powerful turbocharged engine and diverse trim levels. All models in this range are equipped with a robust 925cc, 4-Stroke DOHC Twin Cylinder Turbocharged engine, consistently delivering 181 horsepower. Trims typically include Sport (base), Premium (enhanced features), and Ultimate (top-tier with DYNAMIX active suspension and advanced infotainment). Four-seat versions are also available. While the core engine design remained constant, Polaris introduced several significant updates. The 2020 models saw revisions to address initial issues like a weak airbox intake and clutch problems. For 2021 and subsequent years, a new transmission shaft and secondary clutch design was implemented, which is not interchangeable with 2020 models. Further clutch and boost controller improvements were made in 2022. A notable cosmetic redesign and interior overhaul arrived in 2025, featuring new solid doors and optimized driver touchpoints. The 2025 Sport and Premium trims received dual A-arms and Walker Evans shocks, while the Ultimate maintained its Dynamix suspension. FAQ:
