Description
The EBC Brakes CKF kit is a tough carbon fibre impregnated moto-x/ATV clutch which is longer lasting and grippier than standard cork based units (friction plates only).
Carbon fibre clutch plates are designed to handle the higher temperatures encountered in racing while being gentle enough for every day riding. Each kit is measured to the perfect stack height and should only be fitted as a whole kit. Soak clutch plates in the correct quantity of manufacturer's recommended drive case oil before installation.
Never use automatic transmission fluid. We strongly recommend that this clutch is fitted by a professionally trained mechanic. It is best to fit new clutch springs at the time of changing clutch plates due to heat fatigue of old springs. We sell a range of clutch spring sets. Before riding your motorcycle please ensure you are comfortable with the new lever force and can easily disengage the clutch with minimal hand pressure. Have an experienced rider test the machine.

- Include carbon fiber impregnated friction plates
- Tough clutch plates extend engine life
- Improve drive
- Increase the heat threshold of the clutch

Vehicle Information
Honda ATC185 ATV (1980-1983)
The Honda ATC185 and ATC185S, produced from 1980 to 1983, represent a classic era of three-wheeled ATVs. These models were powered by a reliable 180cc (180.2cc) four-stroke, single-cylinder engine, offering consistent performance throughout their production run. Known for their robust design and recreational utility, they quickly became popular for off-road adventures. While the engine displacement remained constant, significant updates marked the transition from the 1980 ATC185 to the 1981-1983 ATC185S. The 1980 model featured 9-inch wheels and a distinct body style with two rear fenders. The ATC185S, introduced in 1981, adopted smaller 8-inch wheels and a redesigned one-piece rear fender assembly. A notable upgrade for the 1983 ATC185S was the addition of front suspension, enhancing rider comfort and control. Q: How do I ensure I select the correct parts for my Honda ATC185?
A: To guarantee compatibility, please use our year and model selector at the top of the page. This will filter parts specifically for your ATC185 or ATC185S from 1980 to 1983.
