Description
The EBC Brakes CKF kit is a tough carbon fibre impregnated moto-x/ATV clutch which is longer lasting and grippier than standard cork based units (friction plates only).
Carbon fibre clutch plates are designed to handle the higher temperatures encountered in racing while being gentle enough for every day riding. Each kit is measured to the perfect stack height and should only be fitted as a whole kit. Soak clutch plates in the correct quantity of manufacturer's recommended drive case oil before installation.
Never use automatic transmission fluid. We strongly recommend that this clutch is fitted by a professionally trained mechanic. It is best to fit new clutch springs at the time of changing clutch plates due to heat fatigue of old springs. We sell a range of clutch spring sets. Before riding your motorcycle please ensure you are comfortable with the new lever force and can easily disengage the clutch with minimal hand pressure. Have an experienced rider test the machine.

Kawasaki KLX110 Dirt Bike (2002-2021)
The Kawasaki KLX110, a popular youth trail bike, was produced from 2002 to 2021. Known for its reliability and ease of use, it features an air-cooled, 4-stroke, SOHC single-cylinder engine. Initially 111cc (2002-2009), its displacement was slightly increased to 112cc from 2010 onwards. That year marked a significant update, including electric start, a new frame, and revised bodywork. The KLX110L model, introduced in 2010, offered a more advanced option with a taller seat height, longer-travel suspension, and a manual clutch, allowing young riders to learn big bike shifting techniques. These changes solidified the platform without altering its reliable core. FAQ:

Maintenance
| Component | Interval | Details |
| Engine Oil | Every 5 to 10 hours or every 6 months | More frequently for aggressive riding. Some sources suggest every 50 hours. |
| Oil Filter | Every oil change | Some sources suggest every other oil change or every 100 hours / 12 months. |
| Air Filter | Every 5 to 10 hours or every 6 months | Clean or replace. More frequently in dusty conditions, potentially after every ride. |
| Spark Plug | Regular inspection | Replace as needed for optimal performance. No specific interval provided. |
| Coolant | Every 2 years | Engine is air-cooled, so coolant use is minimal. Change if rusty, murky, or low. Use motorcycle-specific coolant. |
