Description
The EBC Brakes CKF kit is a tough carbon fibre impregnated moto-x/ATV clutch which is longer lasting and grippier than standard cork based units (friction plates only).
Carbon fibre clutch plates are designed to handle the higher temperatures encountered in racing while being gentle enough for every day riding. Each kit is measured to the perfect stack height and should only be fitted as a whole kit. Soak clutch plates in the correct quantity of manufacturer's recommended drive case oil before installation.
Never use automatic transmission fluid. We strongly recommend that this clutch is fitted by a professionally trained mechanic. It is best to fit new clutch springs at the time of changing clutch plates due to heat fatigue of old springs. We sell a range of clutch spring sets. Before riding your motorcycle please ensure you are comfortable with the new lever force and can easily disengage the clutch with minimal hand pressure. Have an experienced rider test the machine.

- Include carbon fiber impregnated friction plates
- Tough clutch plates extend engine life
- Improve drive
- Increase the heat threshold of the clutch

Vehicle Information
KTM 360 EXC Dirt Bike (1996-1997)
The KTM 360 EXC, produced from 1996 to 1997, was a high-performance two-stroke enduro motorcycle renowned for its powerful engine and agile handling. Both model years featured a liquid-cooled, single-cylinder 353.7 cc engine, often rounded to 360cc, known for delivering "near-500 power" and "mountains of torque," making it excellent for hillclimbs. The 360 EXC was offered as a single "EXC" model without distinct sub-trims during this period. The 1996 model introduced the 360 engine platform, bringing significant upgrades over its 1995 predecessor, including an improved CDI ignition, a revised cylinder head, and a lighter aluminum swingarm. For 1997, the engine received "slight changes." A notable difference between the two years is the transmission: the 1996 model had a 5-speed, while some specifications for 1997 indicate a 6-speed, though other sources also list a 5-speed. Both years are recognizable by their unique "honeycomb colored plastics." FAQ:
