Description
The EBC Brakes CKF kit is a tough carbon fibre impregnated moto-x/ATV clutch which is longer lasting and grippier than standard cork based units (friction plates only).
Carbon fibre clutch plates are designed to handle the higher temperatures encountered in racing while being gentle enough for every day riding. Each kit is measured to the perfect stack height and should only be fitted as a whole kit. Soak clutch plates in the correct quantity of manufacturer's recommended drive case oil before installation.
Never use automatic transmission fluid. We strongly recommend that this clutch is fitted by a professionally trained mechanic. It is best to fit new clutch springs at the time of changing clutch plates due to heat fatigue of old springs. We sell a range of clutch spring sets. Before riding your motorcycle please ensure you are comfortable with the new lever force and can easily disengage the clutch with minimal hand pressure. Have an experienced rider test the machine.

- Include carbon fiber impregnated friction plates
- Tough clutch plates extend engine life
- Improve drive
- Increase the heat threshold of the clutch

Vehicle Information
Suzuki DS100 Motorcycle - Dual-Sport (1978-1981)
The Suzuki DS100, produced from 1978 to 1981, was a versatile dual-purpose motorcycle designed for the North American market. It was powered by a robust 98 cc air-cooled, single-cylinder, 2-stroke engine, delivering 11 horsepower (8.2 kW) at 7,500 rpm. This engine, a detuned version of the RM100 competition unit, was optimized for flexibility and reliability, maintaining consistent displacement and power output throughout its production run. While the engine remained unchanged, the DS100 received notable styling and suspension updates for the 1980 model year. These enhancements included new RM-styling, longer rear travel suspension, and dogleg levers. The fenders and fuel tank were also updated to resemble those of the RM100, and the bike became available in red. Despite these visual and handling improvements, the model was primarily offered as a single "Base" trim, with internal designations like DS100C, DS100N, DS100T, and DS100X simply indicating the model year. The DS100 was discontinued after 1981. Q: How do I ensure I'm selecting parts for my specific DS100 model year?
A: Please use the year and edition selector at the top of the page to find parts guaranteed to fit your exact Suzuki DS100 (1978-1981).
