Description
The EBC Brakes CKF kit is a tough carbon fibre impregnated moto-x/ATV clutch which is longer lasting and grippier than standard cork based units (friction plates only).
Carbon fibre clutch plates are designed to handle the higher temperatures encountered in racing while being gentle enough for every day riding. Each kit is measured to the perfect stack height and should only be fitted as a whole kit. Soak clutch plates in the correct quantity of manufacturer's recommended drive case oil before installation.
Never use automatic transmission fluid. We strongly recommend that this clutch is fitted by a professionally trained mechanic. It is best to fit new clutch springs at the time of changing clutch plates due to heat fatigue of old springs. We sell a range of clutch spring sets. Before riding your motorcycle please ensure you are comfortable with the new lever force and can easily disengage the clutch with minimal hand pressure. Have an experienced rider test the machine.
FEATURES
- Include carbon fiber impregnated friction plates
- Tough clutch plates extend engine life
- Improve drive
- Increase the heat threshold of the clutch
- Improve rider feel

Vehicle Information
Yamaha RT100 Dirt Bike (1990-2000)
The Yamaha RT100, produced from 1990 to 2000, was a 97cc or 98cc two-stroke, single-cylinder trail/dirt bike. Designed for youth and entry-level off-road riders, it was known for its simplicity and reliability. Its air-cooled engine used a carburetor and produced around 6 to 7 horsepower (1997 model). Throughout its production from 1990 to 2000, the Yamaha RT100 maintained a remarkably consistent core design. There were no significant mid-cycle generation changes or major engine overhauls. Annual alphanumeric designations (such as RT100A for 1990 or RT100M for 2000) primarily indicated the model year rather than distinct trim levels. Annual updates were generally limited to graphics or subtle component refinements. Q: How do I ensure I get the right parts for my Yamaha RT100?
A: To guarantee a perfect fit, please use the year and model selector at the top of this page.
