The Yamaha FZR1000, produced from 1987 to 1995, was an iconic sport motorcycle, renowned for its performance and innovation. Initially launched as the "Genesis" model, it featured a 989cc in-line four-cylinder engine with five valves per cylinder, producing 135 hp, and an aluminum Deltabox frame. A significant evolution occurred in 1989 with the introduction of the FZR1000 EXUP model. This new version saw its displacement increase to 1002cc and power to 145 hp, notably due to the integration of the EXUP (Exhaust Ultimate Powervalve) system, which optimized mid-range torque.
