Vehicle Information
Can-Am Spyder RS-S Motorcycle - Street (2010-2016)
The Can-Am Spyder RS-S, a sport-touring three-wheeled roadster, was offered from 2010 to 2016. It was consistently powered by a 998cc Rotax V-twin engine. Throughout these model years, the RS-S trim was available with both a 5-speed manual (SM5) and a 5-speed semi-automatic (SE5) transmission, both including a reverse gear. While the core 998cc Rotax V-twin engine remained consistent in displacement, significant updates were introduced. For 2010-2012, the engine produced 106 horsepower and 104 Nm of torque. From 2013 onwards, horsepower was adjusted to 100 hp and torque to 108 Nm. The 2013 model year also brought a major refresh, including revised front-end geometry and suspension calibration, the adoption of Brembo brake calipers on all three wheels, a new throttle-by-wire system, larger 15-inch front wheels, and redesigned front fenders. Cruise control became standard in 2014-2015. The RS-S was the primary trim offered, sometimes complemented by a "Special Series" variant with aesthetic upgrades. Q: How can I ensure parts are compatible with my Spyder RS-S?
R: To guarantee compatibility, please use the year and trim selector at the top of this page.
