Vehicle Information
Husqvarna SM 570 Motorcycle - Street (2001-2003)
The Husqvarna SM 570, produced between 2001 and 2003, is a supermoto motorcycle renowned for its performance. It was primarily offered in the SM 570 R trim. For the 2001-2002 period, an SM 570 Nox trim was also available, sharing identical engine specifications with the SM 570 R. All models from this period featured a 576cc liquid-cooled, four-stroke, single-cylinder engine, producing 56 hp at 7,700 rpm. This engine was fed by a carburetor and paired with a six-speed gearbox. While the 2001 model saw significant advancements from the 2000 model year (including updates to steering geometry, a new shorter and lighter swingarm, revised plastics, and improved Marzocchi fork and Sachs shock), the 2002 and 2003 Husqvarna SM 570 R models maintained the same technical, visual, and performance specifications as their predecessors. Therefore, there were no major generation breaks or significant changes within the 2001-2003 range itself. FAQ:
