Vehicle Information
Harley-Davidson Dyna Convertible Motorcycle - Street (1994-2000)
The Harley-Davidson Dyna Convertible (FXDS-CONV), produced from 1994 to 2000, was a versatile motorcycle designed to transition easily between a cruiser and a light touring bike. Its defining features included a detachable windshield and saddlebags, all built on the rubber-mounted Big Twin chassis of the Dyna family. Throughout its production, it was primarily offered as a single "Convertible" trim. This period saw significant mechanical evolution. From 1994 to 1998, the Dyna Convertible was powered by the 1340 cc Evolution engine. A major change occurred in 1999, when it transitioned to the more powerful 1450 cc Twin Cam 88 engine, a new architectural design. Additionally, the Dyna chassis received an updated frame in 1996, and the 2000 model year brought further enhancements, including updated dual-piston calipers, fork lowers, and swingarm. Q: How do I find parts specific to my Dyna Convertible?
A: Please use the year and edition selector on this page to ensure compatibility with your specific model.
