Honda CR125R Dirt Bike (1979-2008)
The Honda CR125R was a highly regarded motocross motorcycle produced from 1979 to 2007. Known for its agility and performance on the track, this model consistently featured a liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, two-stroke engine, typically ranging from 123cc to 125cc. While not offered with distinct trim levels, the CR125R underwent numerous significant revisions throughout its production. Key generational shifts included a complete chassis and engine redesign in 1983, the introduction of the HPP motor in 1990, and a major overhaul with a new aluminum frame in 1998. Further significant updates to the aluminum frame and engine technology, such as the RC valve, occurred in 2000, 2002, and 2005, ensuring continuous evolution of its performance capabilities. The model was discontinued after the 2007 model year. FAQ:
