Description
The redesigned PowerBomb is a four-stroke header that incorporates FMF’s patented PowerBomb module at a precise location in the initial stage of the header. By positioning this “Bomb” at a key point in the system, increased performance and flow is achieved through the expansion and contraction of exhaust sonics through the system. Result is a flow increase of nearly 10%! The outer chamber in the Powerbomb allows the air to expand, cool and ramp back up at a higher velocity. Additionally, the PowerBomb is a “pre-muffler” of sorts which helps to lower the bikes sound output by providing more sound absorbing surface area for the sound medium (exhaust gases). On some models, you can choose between a moto or supercross version. The supercross version is designed for more low to mid-range power where the moto version is focused in the mid to upper RPM range.

Kawasaki KX250X Dirt Bike (2021-2024)
The Kawasaki KX250X, an off-road competition motorcycle, was introduced in 2021 and continued through 2024. This model is designed for aggressive off-road riding, featuring a 249cc liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, DOHC 4-valve single-cylinder engine. Throughout these years, the KX250X maintained a consistent engine displacement and was offered as a single, dedicated off-road trim, always in Kawasaki's signature Lime Green. While the core platform remained, the KX250X received significant annual refinements. The 2021 model, new to the lineup, shared updates with the KX250 motocross bike, including electric start, a hydraulic clutch, and an updated engine and chassis integrated into the KX450 frame. It also featured off-road specific components like softer suspension, a larger rear sprocket, a skid plate, a kickstand, and an 18-inch rear wheel. The 2022 model saw graphics updates and EFI/suspension calibration. For 2023, Kawasaki implemented numerous engine enhancements, including updates to intake valves, piston, gears, clutch, connecting rod, a longer head pipe for improved low-to-mid response, and a heavier flywheel.
