Description
For over a century, Gates has driven innovation in belt technology to power the machines that move you. Gates® G-Force C12 CVT belt drives are engineered to navigate the toughest off-road trails with power and efficiency. The industry's first CVT belt with carbon tensile cord also features a trapezoid top-notch and rounded cog design for superior flexibility and heat dissipation, along with a unique gum adhesion that reduces fiber pullout within the belt extending the life of the belt. Gates combines material science and process engineering to create innovative products that provide performance, reliability and the strength to withstand even the most challenging off-road environments. Continuous innovation isn't just what we do. It's who we are.
WHY G-FORCE C12 BELTS?

Vehicle Information
John Deere Gator XUV 855 Side-by-Side (2011-2022)
The John Deere Gator XUV 855, produced from 2011 to 2022, is a robust utility vehicle known for its versatility and durability. Throughout this period, all models were powered by a consistent 854cc three-cylinder, liquid-cooled, four-cycle diesel engine. While the engine displacement remained constant, horsepower saw slight variations, initially at 25 hp (2011-2012) and later adjusted to 22.8 hp (from 2013 onwards) for the 855D, 855E, and 855M S4 trims. Significant mid-cycle enhancements were introduced, including improved braking and suspension in 2011, and the introduction of power steering as an option or standard feature across various trims. 2013 brought a new digital instrument cluster, a larger alternator, and an increased fuel tank capacity, alongside the launch of the four-passenger XUV 855D S4. Later, around 2016, the XUV 855E and XUV 855M S4 trims were introduced, often with standard power steering. Updates in 2021-2022 included transmission improvements with an integrated park feature and an enhanced 4WD system. No XUV 855R trim was offered during these years. FAQ:
