Arctic Cat T500 Snowmobile (2008-2009)
The Arctic Cat T500, available in 2008 and 2009, was a touring snowmobile powered by a 499cc, 2-stroke, twin-cylinder engine with reed valves and fuel injection (for 2008 models). This model was designed for comfortable long-distance rides. No distinct trim levels were offered for the T500 during these years, though the "Touring" category itself was its primary designation. The T500 saw significant evolution between these two model years. For 2008, it received a major overhaul, adopting the Twin Spar chassis, which brought a new appearance and standard features like electric start, push-button reverse, a removable passenger seat, and an extended 144-inch track. In 2009, further refinements focused on handling and the reverse system.
