Description
For over a century, Gates has driven innovation in belt technology to power the machines that move you. Gates® G-Force C12 CVT belt drives are engineered to navigate the toughest off-road trails with power and efficiency. The industry's first CVT belt with carbon tensile cord also features a trapezoid top-notch and rounded cog design for superior flexibility and heat dissipation, along with a unique gum adhesion that reduces fiber pullout within the belt extending the life of the belt. Gates combines material science and process engineering to create innovative products that provide performance, reliability and the strength to withstand even the most challenging off-road environments. Continuous innovation isn't just what we do. It's who we are.
WHY G-FORCE C12 BELTS?
- STRENGTH: The first CVT belt utilizing carbon tensile cord for minimal stretch and extraordinary strength.
- FLEXIBILITY: High-performance neoprene with a trapezoidal topnotch and rounded bottom cog design maximizing heat control and flexibility.
- DURABILITY: Carbon tensile cords are bonded to aramid fiber-loaded rubber with specially formulated adhesion gum, resulting in increased side-load resistance, preventing belt distortion and edge cord pullout.
- PERFORMANCE: Gain optimal power transmission for faster acceleration, improved throttle response and consistent shifting performance.

Vehicle Information
Arctic Cat T570 Snowmobile (2008-2014)
The Arctic Cat T570, produced from 2008 to 2014, is a touring snowmobile known for its reliability and comfort. It was powered by a 565cc, fan-cooled, 2-stroke, horizontal in-line engine with reed valve induction, typically producing between 60 and 63 horsepower. This model was introduced in 2008 on the Twin Spar chassis, offering a higher and more forward rider position, and featured cleaner-burning technology updates prior to this period. Throughout its 2008-2014 production run, the T570 was primarily offered as a single “Touring” model, with no major generational or platform breaks. Updates were minor, such as improved fuel gauge software and larger cooling fins on the driven clutch sheaves in 2014 for better belt life. The braking system also saw an upgrade in 2014 with a race-version master cylinder. It featured an Independent Double Wishbone front suspension (9.5 inches of travel) and an ACT Slide Rail or FasTrack rear suspension (13.3 inches of travel), with a 144-inch track. Features like electric start, push-button reverse, and heated hand grips were standard. The T570 model was succeeded by the Lynx 2000 LT in 2015, marking the end of this designation. FAQ:

Maintenance
| Component | Interval | Details |
| Engine Oil and Oil Filter | After the first 800 km, then every 4,000 to 5,000 km or before prolonged storage | Use Synthetic 0W-40 Oil. The initial change is crucial for proper engine break-in. |
| Drive Belt | Inspect every 1,300 km or at the end of the season | A break-in period of approximately 40 km is recommended for new belts. Inspect for cracks, tears, and wear. Replace if damaged. Clutches should be cleaned and inspected by a dealer. |
| Spark Plugs | Inspect and adjust as needed | Inspect, gap, or clean as necessary. Consult a dealer for detailed spark plug information. |
| Air Filter | Inspect and clean as needed | |
| Coolant | Regular level inspection, seasonal strength test, yearly pressure test | |
| Fuel Filter | Inspect and replace if necessary | On T570 models, the in-line fuel filter should be inspected and replaced if necessary. |
