Description
For over a century, Gates has driven innovation in belt technology to power the machines that move you. Gates® G-Force C12 CVT belt drives are engineered to navigate the toughest off-road trails with power and efficiency. The industry's first CVT belt with carbon tensile cord also features a trapezoid top-notch and rounded cog design for superior flexibility and heat dissipation, along with a unique gum adhesion that reduces fiber pullout within the belt extending the life of the belt. Gates combines material science and process engineering to create innovative products that provide performance, reliability and the strength to withstand even the most challenging off-road environments. Continuous innovation isn't just what we do. It's who we are.
WHY G-FORCE C12 BELTS?
- STRENGTH: The first CVT belt utilizing carbon tensile cord for minimal stretch and extraordinary strength.
- FLEXIBILITY: High-performance neoprene with a trapezoidal topnotch and rounded bottom cog design maximizing heat control and flexibility.
- DURABILITY: Carbon tensile cords are bonded to aramid fiber-loaded rubber with specially formulated adhesion gum, resulting in increased side-load resistance, preventing belt distortion and edge cord pullout.
- PERFORMANCE: Gain optimal power transmission for faster acceleration, improved throttle response and consistent shifting performance.

Vehicle Information
Arctic Cat 375 ATV (2002)
The 2002 Arctic Cat 375 was a new addition to the lineup, offered in two trims: the 375 2x4 Automatic and the 375 4x4 Automatic. Both models featured a 376cc (also known as 375cc) air-oil cooled, 4-stroke, 4-valve SOHC single-cylinder engine, providing ample power for various tasks. Key new features for 2002 included a redesigned shift lever, footrest, updated styling with new front fascia, fender flares, and dual halogen headlights. The transmission was Arctic Cat's Duramatic automatic with hi-lo range and engine braking, with the 4x4 model offering selectable 2WD/4WD. The "375" model designation was unique to 2002. While its 376cc engine continued in later "400" models (e.g., 2003 and 2005-2006 Arctic Cat 400 4x4), the 375 model itself was not carried over, with the engine integrated into the updated 400 series from 2003 onwards, which introduced features like Fully Independent Suspension on most models. A recall was issued in August 2002 for approximately 45,000 ATVs, including the 2002 375, due to potential front suspension ball joint failure. FAQ:
Q: How can I confirm this part fits my Arctic Cat 375?

Maintenance
| Component | Interval | Details |
| Engine Oil and Oil Filter | 800 km | An initial change is recommended after 1 000 km or 1 month. Change oil and filter when the engine is warm for complete drainage. The filter is typically easy to access. |
| Air Filter | As per owner's manual | Clean frequently in dusty, wet, or muddy conditions. Wash with mild detergent, dry completely. Replace if damaged. Some foam filters require oiling. |
| Spark Plug | As per owner's manual | Crucial for optimal performance and longevity. The recommended gap is 0.6-0.7 mm. |
| Coolant | As per owner's manual | Prevents overheating and ensures engine longevity. Use recommended type and check capacity in manual. |
| Drive Belt | Regular inspection | Regularly inspect the drive belt for wear. The owner's manual provides details on inspection. |
