Description
For over a century, Gates has driven innovation in belt technology to power the machines that move you. Gates® G-Force C12 CVT belt drives are engineered to navigate the toughest off-road trails with power and efficiency. The industry's first CVT belt with carbon tensile cord also features a trapezoid top-notch and rounded cog design for superior flexibility and heat dissipation, along with a unique gum adhesion that reduces fiber pullout within the belt extending the life of the belt. Gates combines material science and process engineering to create innovative products that provide performance, reliability and the strength to withstand even the most challenging off-road environments. Continuous innovation isn't just what we do. It's who we are.
WHY G-FORCE C12 BELTS?
- STRENGTH: The first CVT belt utilizing carbon tensile cord for minimal stretch and extraordinary strength.
- FLEXIBILITY: High-performance neoprene with a trapezoidal topnotch and rounded bottom cog design maximizing heat control and flexibility.
- DURABILITY: Carbon tensile cords are bonded to aramid fiber-loaded rubber with specially formulated adhesion gum, resulting in increased side-load resistance, preventing belt distortion and edge cord pullout.
- PERFORMANCE: Gain optimal power transmission for faster acceleration, improved throttle response and consistent shifting performance.

Vehicle Information
CF-Moto ZForce 500 Side-by-Side (2016-2022)
The CF-Moto ZForce 500, produced between 2016 and 2022, is a robust and versatile side-by-side vehicle, ideal for narrow trails thanks to its 50-inch width. It is powered by a 495cc single-cylinder, 4-stroke, SOHC, 4-valve, liquid-cooled engine with Bosch Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI), delivering 38 horsepower at 6800 RPM and 32 ft-lbs of torque at 5800 RPM. This model was primarily offered under the ZForce 500 Trail designation, often with Electronic Power Steering (EPS) as a standard or optional feature. No significant mid-cycle generation or major engine changes were introduced for the CF-Moto ZForce 500 between 2016 and 2022, with engine specifications remaining remarkably consistent. Minor improvements were made after 2016, including updated EFI systems, better suspension bushing materials, and an improved secondary spring in the clutching system. The 2016 model marked the introduction of the redesigned 500HO engine, which replaced a 600cc engine and offered improved performance. Q : Is my CF-Moto ZForce 500 compatible with this product?
R : To confirm exact compatibility, please use the year and edition selector at the top of this page.
