- Can-Am Ryker 900 (19-20)
Designed for the most demanding, turbo-charged off-road CVT applications. With Gates proprietary materials and design, G-Force RedLine CVT belts handle extreme temperatures with excellent heat recovery, while maximizing load and torque capacity making it one of the most efficient CVT belts currently on the market.
Why G-Force RedLine CVT Belts?
- Greater heat resistance and recovery, even under severe duty cycles.
- Optimized, patented EE compound maximizes axial stiffness enabling belts to run at higher continuous torques or loads.
- Innovative design results in better acceleration, higher top speeds, less speed ratio and energy loss in extreme off-road environments.
- Improved durability, crack and wear-resistance means a longer-lasting, high-performance power transmission belt for the most demanding applications.
- Reduced environmental risk made without harmful chlorinated compounds.
Features
- First on the market to utilize Ethylene Elastomer compound to address the needs of larger SxS and high-horsepower ORVs in tough riding conditions.
- Next-generation EE compound offers maximum transverse stiffness and heat resistance, resulting in higher load capacity, higher peak torque capacity, less "heat fade" and less speed loss.
- Delivers 75% greater dynamic axial stiffness on average, up to 50% lower speed losses and better recovery from temperatures up to +170°C (+338°F) without power loss.
- Unmatched Temperature Capability - Runs cooler, resists glazing for better recovery and reduced cracking/chunking out after running at temps exceeding +149°C (+300°F).
- Extended Belt Life - Belt life increased 100-300% versus aftermarket competitive belts in severe duty lab test conditions and in field testing.
- Higher Power Capacity - Reduced speed (rpm) loss by 50% under high loads and increased load capacity by >10% compared to other aftermarket belt.

Vehicle Information
Arctic Cat M9000 Snowmobile (2014-2019)
The Arctic Cat M9000 snowmobile, produced from 2014 to 2019, is renowned for its mountain performance and premium positioning. This series underwent significant developments, particularly concerning its engine and available trims. From 2014 to 2016, M9000 models were powered by a 1056cc Suzuki turbocharged twin engine producing 177 horsepower. A major shift occurred in 2017 with the introduction of a new 998cc Yamaha C-TEC4 turbocharged triple engine, delivering 180 horsepower, the most powerful at the time. This change was accompanied by new bodywork, a lowered driveshaft for increased track clearance, narrower running boards, and a TEAM Rapid Response II clutch. The King Cat model was also introduced in 2017. In 2014, Turbo models benefited from a weight reduction and a repositioned rear suspension. Q : How can I ensure this part is compatible with my Arctic Cat M9000 snowmobile?
R : To guarantee perfect compatibility, please use our year and edition selector located at the top of this page.
Maintenance
| Component | Interval | Details |
| Engine Oil and Oil Filter | Initial: after 800 km or 25 hours. Regular: every 2,400 to 3,200 km, or 100 hours, or annually. | Change before prolonged storage. |
| Drive Belt | Break-in: 40 km. Inspection: every 50 hours. Replacement: typically every 2,400 to 4,800 km. | Inspect for cracks or fraying. |
| Spark Plugs | Before each season. | Check gap (0.7-0.8 mm). Replace more frequently with aggressive use. |
| Air Filter | Regular inspection. Replacement: every 100 hours or annually. | Clean if necessary, especially in deep powder. |
| Coolant | Replacement: every 2 years. | Check level when engine is cold. |
