The Polaris Classic 550, produced from 2004 to 2006, was a popular snowmobile known for its reliable performance. It consistently featured a 544cc fan-cooled, horizontal in-line, reed valve, 2-stroke engine. This model was generally equipped with an EDGE rear suspension offering 13.9 inches of travel and an Independent Trailing Arm front suspension with 10 inches of travel, along with Polaris Electronic Reverse Control (PERC) and a TEAM clutch across its production run.
