The Trekker Alaska Top case holds one modular helmet. Featuring the MONOKEY® fixing system, which allows for a single lock to open and release the plate with the same key. Compatible with all Monokey plates, apart from those with the stop light kit connection.
Like the Trekker ALASKA side case, it comes in two finishes: Natural and Black. The clean, minimal aesthetic pairs well with the rest of the range, and prioritizes practicality of use. Particular care has been devoted to ensuring the product is durable and repairable: the removal system, the stabilizers at the bottom, the base and other components can be easily replaced, greatly extending the useful life of the top case.
Features
- WIRELEASE® SYSTEM: the cases are released from the plate by turning an external knob that is equipped with a cable system (Patented), placed directly under the Security Lock. It is not necessary to turn the knob to attach the cases.
- Two handles placed on the back of the top case, which are also integrated with the strong hinges on the lid, allowing the latter to open more fully without the need for classic retention cables: once opened, the lid is held in position in order to make packing/unpacking easier.
- Four belt-strap loops integrated into the structure of the lid, set into the contoured lid to give an elegant shape to the whole case.
- Set up to allow the attachment of a backrest (available for purchase as an optional) using screws, without the need to pierce or attach any component with adhesive;
- Rivets fitted with gaskets and sealed using silicone, ensuring watertightness even under the worst riding conditions.
- A series of grips built into the interior, integrated into the supporting structure, allowing loads to be attached to both the lid and bottom of the case.

Vehicle Information
BMW R1250GS Motorcycle - Street (2018-2025)
The BMW R1250GS is a renowned adventure touring motorcycle, covering model years 2018 to 2025. It is powered by a robust 1254cc Boxer engine, featuring BMW's innovative ShiftCam Technology, which enhances performance and efficiency.
The R1250GS was introduced in 2019, succeeding the R1200GS, and brought with it the new 1254cc ShiftCam engine. This core engine specification remained consistent through 2025. From 2019, standard features included a 6.5-inch TFT display, riding modes, Automatic Stability Control (ASC), and Hill Start Control. For 2025, models received refinements like revised ergonomics, lighter bodywork, new ride modes, upgraded electronics, and an updated gearbox. The primary models are the standard R1250GS and the R1250GS Adventure (GSA), which features a larger fuel tank, longer travel suspension, and additional protective elements. Various style variants and optional packages offer extensive customization.

Maintenance
| Component | Interval | Details |
| Engine Oil and Oil Filter | Every 10,000 km or annually | The oil filter should be replaced with every oil change. BMW recommends using Advantec Ultimate 5W-40 oil. The R1250GS uses SAE 5W-40, API SL / JASO MA2 oil, with a capacity of approximately 4 liters with a filter change. |
| Belt | N/A | The BMW R1250GS uses a shaft drive system, not a belt drive. Therefore, there is no belt maintenance required for this model. The shaft drive oil should be changed every 20,000 km or every 2 years. |
| Spark Plugs | Inspect every 20,000 km. Replace every 20,000 km. | |
| Air Filter | Replace every 20,000 km or earlier | Check the filter's condition every 10,000 km, or sooner if frequently riding off-road. For off-road use, it may need to be changed annually or every 10,000 km. |
| Coolant | Check level every 10,000 km | The coolant level should be checked during the 10,000 km inspection. Coolant is essential for maintaining optimal engine temperature. |
