Honda Rubicon 500 ATV (2001-2019)
The Honda Rubicon 500, officially known as the FourTrax Foreman Rubicon, is a robust utility ATV produced from 2001 to 2019. Renowned for its reliability and versatility, it was offered with 499cc and later 475cc single-cylinder four-stroke engines, and innovative transmissions like the Hondamatic and DCT. The Rubicon 500 underwent a major redesign in 2015. Models from 2001-2014 featured a 499cc engine and a swingarm rear suspension. From 2015 onwards, it received a new chassis, Independent Rear Suspension (IRS) across all models, and a 475cc engine with Programmed Fuel Injection (PGM-FI). Honda's Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) was also introduced as an option. Versions with Electric Power Steering (EPS) and Deluxe trims were available.
