The Polaris Ranger Crew XP 900, produced from 2016 to 2019, is a robust utility side-by-side vehicle designed for both work and recreation. It features an 875cc ProStar four-stroke twin-cylinder DOHC engine. This model is known for its reliability and capacity to transport multiple passengers and gear. A notable evolution during this period was the engine's horsepower. In 2016, the engine produced 60 horsepower. From 2017 through 2019, the horsepower was increased to 68 hp. There was no complete generation change for the Ranger Crew XP 900 between 2016 and 2019. However, the XP 900 model line was eventually replaced by the Ranger 1000 in 2020, marking the end of this series with a redesigned engine and other updates. Versions with Electronic Power Steering (EPS) were common, often including cast aluminum wheels, upgraded seats, and automotive paint finishes.
