The 2011 Ski-Doo Skandic Tundra 600 series is a versatile snowmobile designed for utility and deep snow conditions. This model year featured a range of specifications and trims, primarily powered by two 600-class engine options: the fuel-efficient Rotax 600 ACE (a 597cc liquid-cooled, four-stroke engine producing around 60-62 horsepower) and the powerful Rotax E-TEC 600 H.O. (a 594.4cc liquid-cooled, two-stroke engine with electronic direct injection, similar to 85 hp models). Some trims also offered the Rotax 550F fan-cooled engine. Available trims included the Tundra (base), Tundra Sport, Tundra LT, and Tundra Xtreme. The 2011 model year marked a significant update for the Skandic Tundra line. It introduced the new REV-XU platform, featuring a lighter, more ergonomic all-aluminum chassis with LTS telescopic front suspension and SC5U rear suspension.
