received the cylinder in a well packaged box, plenty of foam to protect the parts, but found metal shavings inside the box, these shavings got into the coolant passages, had to take extra caution to make sure all debris was removed before assembly. the cylinder bore was within spec but had a knick inside the bore. the crosshatching was not adequate. piston was shipped with no foam surrounding it, the piston was loosely put inside the bore. you get what you pay for…

This kit comes with most everything you need for a top end kit, I say most everything as in when the engine was reassembled I was supplied a “new spark plug” this plug gave me tons of grief when misfiring and backfiring. Some times too weak to establish a spark. Changed back to old plug and fired right up, ran great after.
