Vehicle Information
Harley-Davidson Dyna Motorcycle - Street (1991-1992)
The Harley-Davidson Dyna platform, introduced in 1991, marked a significant new chapter for the brand with its distinctive chassis design. The models offered during 1991 and 1992, including the inaugural FXDB Dyna Glide Sturgis and the subsequent FXDB Dyna Glide Daytona and FXDC Dyna Glide Custom, were powered by the air-cooled, 1337 cc Evolution Big Twin engine. This V-Twin engine featured overhead valves and a Keihin constant-velocity carburetor, providing consistent performance across these early Dyna models. The 1991-1992 period represents the very beginning of the Dyna generation. The most notable change was the introduction of the new Dyna chassis itself, featuring a rubber-mounted powertrain designed to reduce engine vibration, a departure from the earlier FXR chassis. While the engine remained consistent, 1992 saw the expansion of the lineup with the limited-edition Daytona and the first regular-production Dyna, the FXDC Custom. Q: How do I ensure this product fits my 1991-1992 Harley-Davidson Dyna?
A: To guarantee a perfect fit, please use the year and model selector at the top of this page.
