K&N powersports chrome canister oil filters contain a modern synthetic filter media, designed for ultimate flow with less pressure drop, yet engineered for outstanding filtration. K&N powersports 'spin-on' oil filters feature a heavy-duty, chrome-plated metal can. Most of these have a 17 mm nut affixed onto the end that allows for easy removal. The 17 mm nut is crossed-drilled so racers can safety wire the filter to their bike.

The Honda CBR900RR, also known as the Fireblade, was a groundbreaking sportbike introduced in 1992, renowned for its lightweight design and balanced performance. Initially, from 1992 to 1995 (SC28), it featured an 893 cc engine, with minor updates in 1994 like new headlights and fork adjustments. A major revision occurred from 1996 to 1999 (SC33), where the engine displacement increased to 919 cc, accompanied by chassis enhancements and ergonomic adjustments. The 1998-1999 models saw extensive engine internal refinements and larger front brakes, marking the last carbureted Fireblades. The final iteration in 2000 (SC44), known as the CBR929RR in North America, was a complete redesign. It boasted a new 929 cc fuel-injected engine, a pivotless swingarm, and inverted front forks, significantly advancing its performance and technology.
