Vehicle Information
Honda CTX1300 Motorcycle - Street (2014)
The 2014 Honda CTX1300 debuted as a unique touring motorcycle, blending cruiser comfort with sport-touring capabilities. This model year marked its introduction, featuring a liquid-cooled, longitudinal 90-degree V-4 engine with a displacement of 1,261cc. This engine, adapted from the ST1300 sport tourer, was specifically "detuned" for the CTX1300 with new internal components and ECU settings to deliver enhanced low-end torque and improved fuel economy. It produced approximately 75.6 horsepower and 78 lb-ft of torque. For its inaugural year, the CTX1300 was offered in two distinct trims: the standard CTX1300 and the premium CTX1300 Deluxe. The base model included LED lighting and 35-liter saddlebags. The Deluxe version added advanced features such as Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS), Traction Control (TCS), a Bluetooth audio system, and self-cancelling turn signals. In Canada, the Deluxe model, known as the CTX1300T, further included heated grips and a center stand, alongside unique black wheel and frame finishes. As 2014 was the model's debut, there were no mid-cycle generation or engine changes within this specific year range. FAQ:
